Worst bank ever to get a loan for refinancingThey have a lack of communication skills, no call backs, don't know any banking info prior to loan requirements even though they said they doI would not refer them to anyoneI used them for a refi and told them my situation I had with other banks they assure me it was fineAfter 3-weeks of emails paperwork and application process they said that I don't qualityThey ran my credit and said I don't qualify for the reason I told them I had issues with other banks which was having the property under my name for less than monthsWow! All they had to say was sorry you can wait a few more monthsIf that was the case I didn't need to use themThat is not even the whole story but part of itAlso I requested that my inquiry get reversed the said they will take care of itA week goes by no call so I call them back they said still working on itAnother week no call I call them back they said they will call me when it's doneStill nothin
