Any and all information about individuals we serve Is protected under 45 CFR Parts 160 and 164 (HIPAA Privacy Rule) and 42 CFR Part 2 (Confidentiality of Patient-Identifying Alcohol and Drug Abuse Treatment Information).I am unable to provide any information to the Bureau regarding the complaint number listed above as this information is privileged and confidential.
