Club has a standard process of signing members, and in the event the member does not fulfill the financial obligation.    [redacted] signed up as a member of White River Club and received a copy of the agreement. The agreement clearly states that cancellation must occur in writing. If the cancellation is due to relocation, proof of relocation must be provided in writing.   Members who do not meet the financial deadlines go through a standard process. Members receive three notifications via mail of the delinquency. After the final notification, White River Club holds the member's file for 30-60 days. After this time has passed, we send the file to Collection Specialists, Inc.   After White River Club sends the member to collections, we do not initiate further contact. All proceedings from this point goes through the collection agency.   All members have a contract, many are in a month to month contract and can cancel at any time, as specified in the original contract.
