Having been an owner of various homes over a period of 40 years, and having dealt with numerous painters and contractors, I can describe Allan and his Winnipeg Professional Painters as indeed outstanding "Professionals."

After interviewing several painting contractors for the relatively expensive application of "elastomeric stucco coating" and painting of trim around my above-average-size house, though Allen's price was not the least expensive, he was one who, when pointedly asked by me, was willing to meet the exacting standards recommended by leading elastomeric stucco paint manufacturers (specs of product and application procedures I had gotten directly from the paint dealers). One other painting contractor who had given me an estimate excused himself when I presented him with the recommended standards for stucco paint application and when he realized he'd be dealing with a demanding customer who'd want things "done by the book."

And Allan lived up to all of his promises, such as dropping in regularly to check up on his painters, checking with me about my satisfaction to-date, and promptly taking care of any concerns I had.

As a finicky, exacting consumer with meticulous standards, I've found Allan to not only step up to the plate, but to always do it with a positive attitude - and to even go beyond my expectations by catching things I missed. He has a skilled, seasoned crew with whom he has an excellent rapport - all of which translated to an excellent finished product. They don't come any better or more conscientious.
