Simply put, they cold call all the time offering free stuff then towards the end of the conversation they are requesting payment of some type. Once you realize how they are trying to trick you, they hang up. Every time. I would not waste a single time on the phone with them. We get calls daily from different people, same result every time. Generally they start off by acting as if they are going to send you free clear packing tape, of course they want payment. After a year or so of them calling, today was the first day I could actually get the name of their business. Each time they call, Caller ID shows them as either restricted or private callers. Not very good and ethical business practice in my books.
