This incident is very unfortunate. There is a known inter
mix issue on some of these vehicles. I believe that the technician at the Kearny
mesa location would have definitely noted the issue if it was present at the
time of your repairs at that facility. However that does not...
change the fact
the your transmission went out after investing over $2000 into it. From a consumers
point of view I can see how this would be extremely frustrating. I am not sure
how the other technician could diagnose a timeline of the inter mix failure,
but either way you suffered the loss. I appreciate you still choosing to do business
with Mossy Nissan Poway and hope we can continue a positive relationship with
you and that dealership in the future. I would like to issue you refund of $1140.11 in and for the balance
setup a credit of a $1000 to use at Mossy Nissan Poway for the future service and
parts needs of your new vehicle.
