Review: Waterproofing performed on roof of 28 unit condo. Reached out to supplier with a request to revie work as homeowners are experiencing many problems with roof leaks. Provider made 3 appoints to honor warranty but never showed and refuse to accept inquiry calls. As Condo President I was well as my representative have both made seveal attempts to reach supplier. Las attempt to resolve was 8/*/2013. Supplier President ([redacted]) promised to show. Never did. No phone call to cancel. I have phoned several times since the last appoint. Will not accept my calls. Will not respond.Desired Settlement: Would like for supplier to honor warranty. Preview work that may need to be done under warranty and follow through with work. Show up for appoints made.

General Roofing & Restoration reached out to me to address my complaint. Promised to return to fix the problem area. Made an appointment to return 2 days later. Never returned. Refuses calls. I had another to reach out to company. Once the caller identified why he was phoning, Owner ([redacted]) immediate hung up phone and have since not answered any calls.
