Review: 4/**/15: I placed an order with General Tools on April **. They sent me an acknowledgement of my order and charged my credit card.

5[redacted]/15: I had not received a shipping notice so I sent an email to ask when my order would be shipped. I never received a response.

5/**/15: I called and the receptionist sent me into voice mail. I left a voice mail but they never returned my call.

5/**/15: I called again since I hadn't heard back. She said she talked to the shipping department and they said my order would be shipped either "today or tomorrow". Then she said shipping was calling her back and asked me to hold. When she came back, she told me the item was no longer available. I asked why the took my money, held it for a month, and didn't tell me the item was unavailable. She had to answer for that. She said they would refund my card. To date, they still have not issued the refund.
