General Transmission

We towed the Dodge Caravan in and then got authorization to repair transmission. We collected the labor money at that time of authorization. After the transmission got removed and disassembled we called with parts cost and customer denied further repairs at that time The
customer had *** come and tow the van out of our shop. There are fees dues. This was authorized by the customer. We are not disputing owing the customer creditWe want to credit her card the amount of $893.40, so bring in the card to credit back this amount. Thank you

I went to general transmission to have my truck looked at for the lack of power and they told me that it needed new spark plugs and cylinder heads so I agreed to this and than they said the needed to put new belts and an engine in it and then they added even more stuff I advice I was on a budget and could afford a lot but they fixed anyways and gave me a bill for 3750 which I don't habe.
