We towed the Dodge Caravan in and then got authorization to repair transmission. We collected the labor money at that time of authorization. After the transmission got removed and disassembled we called with parts cost and customer denied further repairs at that time The
customer had *** come and tow the van out of our shop. There are fees dues. This was authorized by the customer. We are not disputing owing the customer creditWe want to credit her card the amount of $893.40, so bring in the card to credit back this amount. Thank you

This is simply among the best auto shops in northern NV regardless of specialization. The customer service is top notch. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is at a level that is very rare these days. They truly want to see you leave happy and it shows.

I went to general transmission to have my truck looked at for the lack of power and they told me that it needed new spark plugs and cylinder heads so I agreed to this and than they said the needed to put new belts and an engine in it and then they added even more stuff I advice I was on a budget and could afford a lot but they fixed anyways and gave me a bill for 3750 which I don't habe. Also they gave out my information to someone calling saying they where my husband.Desired SettlementThem to undo what they did so I could take my business elsewhere.Business Response Hello we have contacted the customer and are working with them to resolve this matter, the vehicle is at our shop, and we rechecking all the work that was performed. and we will be informing the customer of what we found to correcting the problem.
