Review: Tree service was hired to remove and prune trees at my home. After refusing to perform the contracted for services at the contracted for price without additional payment (which I made), the service was finally completed. However, the tree service's truck left a oil slick on my driveway, which their workers walked through to stain other parts of the driveway and their truck then drove through, staining additional parts of the driveway. The oil was not addressed by any of the tree service workers or its owner, and was not brought to my attention. After I saw the oil, and how it had been spread around the driveway my wife placed two calls to the business. When neither of the calls were returned, I called the business, told them about the problem a third time and that if they continued to ignore the issue I would retain someone to clean the oil and send them the bill for payment. The owenr called me back 5 minutes later, was totally out of control and largely incoherent aside from telling me that his brother was in the [redacted] Prosecutor's office and that I can send him whatever I'd like in terms of a bill for cleaning the oil slick but that he would ignore it. Totally unprofessional and could care less.Desired Settlement: Billing adjustment and permanaent notation on the Revdex.com site for this company so that other consumers can be made aware of this situation if they are considering retaining this tree service.
