General Vision

Review: I purchased eye glasses amounting to $792.00 at the end of july...I never received a call to pick up my glasses so I called on 3 different occasions and was told someone would call me back which never happen . On September ** I went in to the general vision and requested a refund because at that point they still didnt have my glasses. I spoke with [redacted] who filed a request for refund form after she looked through their stock and my glasses werent there. She informed me that it would take about a week . As of october * I still havent recieved my refundDesired Settlement: I want my money back
