Generation in Focus requires that one paya month ahead of time for services. When COVID 19 hit in March of 2020, nearly all business closed. I paid $260.00 for one month service and have been trying to get a full refund on this amount since May 2020. After repetitive emails and calls to Generation in Focus I was finally able to get through some one only to be told that there will be no refund per the company manuel and that COVID 19 was being treated at "inclimate weather". COVID 19 is a PANDEMIC and nothing to do with "inclimate weather". After going back and fourth, the company finally decided to reimburse me $130.00 as a "courtesy".
Revdex.com please assist me with getting the rest of my money back. I do not feel the information I was given is accurate.
