Review: I ordered a bundle for my boyfriend for Christmas on 11/**/2014. It is now 12/*/2014 and I have never even heard that it shipped much less received the package. I haven't received anything out of the package either. I have contacted this company 17 times in the last week and emailed them 3 times with no response. I am sick and tired of it. The money has already been withdrawn from my account (immediately) and I have yet to receive any info on my package except for the order #.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my money or my package in the next 5 days.

Review: I preordered The DVD Super Bundle on 03/**/2014. I understood that it would not be shipped out till later as this is a preorder. I paid over a hundred dollars for this Bundle and I received only the DVD on time no other items. I wrote them my first email April ** about this and they apologized and that was it. They never sent out shipment orders or tracking. Then April ** they send another email saying my items would be shipped out later that week. I received a poster a few days later. It is now almost a month later and I am still missing a shirt, gym bag, hat, and wrist band.Desired Settlement: I would like my items that I paid for, however I am so disappointed that I would either like a replacement and or refund and soon because I will not be at the shipping address much longer.

Review: I ordered a super bundle pack from this website on Wednesday April**, 2014 for $99.99 and added a $21.00 2 day priority shipping to receive by Friday. There website, at the time, did not indicate a 1-2 day statement to process items. At the time I ordered, the website did not have a phone number listed to contact either. The only contact I could use was e-mail. I e-mailed them Friday because my order did not come (after paying extra for two day delivery). They e-mailed me back explaining the 1-2 day processing items. They said they'd ship items out on Monday to receive my items Wednesday. On Wednesday we received a poster from my package bundle but nothing else. I e-mailed them about not receiving my entire order (just a poster) after they told me they would send it on Monday. I e-mailed them again requesting my money back and have not heard back from them. Since last Wednesday they have added a phone number to their website and this statement "*Please allow 1-2 business days for processing all orders. * USPS First Class International Shipping will NOT create a tracking number. * If you are placing an international order and need a tracking number, please use USPS Priority International for shipping."

The phone number and processing statement were not on the website at the time of my purchase. I also checked their Facebook review comments and other customers list the same issues of their products. I have all e-mails between the website and I.Desired Settlement: I was planning on purchasing items from them in the future, however, because of my horrible experiences I do not want to. I would like to request my 2 day shipping payment I paid extra for but did not receive. Even if they processed it 2 days later and then sent out the item, it was still late. They also did not provide a tracking number or tracking order for me to track my item.
