I regularly get food from the fresh vending machine in our officeThe machines are extremely well received by our staff, and we are eternally grateful for less fatty optionsVery good machine made by the company

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below[redacted] ***, President/Founder/Chairman, called upset that I had placed a complaint He provided more information about their business, but didn't provide everything or even enough to make an educated decision Without all the information, I couldn't see the who picture He did NOT "unlock" everything for starters, he didn't share the Franchise Agreement, consumable product costs, etc I found him to be very condescending and abusive on the phone, in contradiction to the tone of his Revdex.com Response When he asked me if I wanted to purchase his [redacted] .com) package, I stated that I might if he would not constantly address me in an absolutely rude, totally disrespectful manner If I'm encountering this much difficult at this early stage, I can only determine that this would not be a good relationship/transaction going forward.Additionally, his salesman, [redacted] , had stated that [redacted] was discontinuing their Frozen Yogurt Vending Machines I had called them and spoken with a couple of their representatives, including their Western Regional ManagerThey are still selling this product This was totally the opposite of what [redacted] told me He boldfaced lied.Is Fresh Healthy Vending still under a Consent Order or any type of oversight by California, Washington, any other States or Federal Entity? Lastly, [redacted] (somehow) knew about my other companies and related information, even though I never provided the information This, and the treatment of potential investors, is reminiscent of another Revdex.com Complaint I read I believe he was trying to scare me with a negative complaint against me, in retaliation If [redacted] ***, or any of his companies or associates, takes any adverse action toward me, partners, or any project I'm involved with, etc., I will take action accordingly.Thank you Revdex.com for taking the time to look [redacted]

The issue wasn't how quickly they respondedThe issue was that they performed research on my name and used information that I DID NOT provide them in an effort to contact meSpecifically, they contacted my wife at her workplace - I absolutely did not provide them with that numberSo my problem is that they are digging into people's personal information without permission or reason to do so
