*** *** This company is consistently lying to both you and II was sent a letter on September 29th saying they received my items. Then on november 6th I was sent a e-mail saying I would be billed $a day due to the fact I didn't return the itemsWhen I called to contact Codey who was my initial contact and I was told by him that it was in my contract with them, Who was extremely rude and seem to get joy out of putting bogus charges on my credit card. I was then told by Codey he would send me a copy of my rental agreement where it stated this charges. No agreement was ever sent to me. Still to this day no agreement has been sent to meAfter that I was told they don't make agreements and since something wasn't scanned it gives them the right to charge me. The issue is they received my items. They sent me confirmation saying soA month later I'm hit with charges and no explanation for itI had to call, e-mail and contact them. In my eyes they are just trying to charge me for no reason. attached is the confirmation of my return. that is the end of the story. I no longer have the items because I sent them back. Now they want to charge me $1,for their inability to mange there warehouse
