Review: I paid $500 for services to be done at a future date (through [redacted]) some months ago. We decided on a finish, etc which would result in us paying an additional $700 or so. Initially we were ready to go with the floor refinishing immediately when [redacted] came to the house & told us that only 24-48 hours was needed for our dogs to be out of the house, after the refinishing. They could come back in as long as they had socks on so as not to destroy the finish. We were actively trying to make arrangements to have them gone for 2 days when I asked [redacted] for more time. No problem. A second guy came out with samples & he said no way....we needed the dogs to be out of the house for at least a week. We did not change anything from when we first talked to [redacted].
We expressed that we again needed time to deal with this new turn of events. [redacted] called my husband irate due to us being told that things were not as he originally told us. He had no problem with us rescheduling, again, since we were misled.
I have emailed three (3) times & called three (3) times to arrange for our service, after going out of our way to finally arrange to have the floors done, ie me ([redacted]) taking the dogs out of town for a week. Not easy....Desired Settlement: We choose to have the floors done, correctly, as planned. We have/had no issue with paying the $700 or so to make sure that they are properly done. If they refuse we want our $500 back. That's beyond fair.
