We recently experienced a blower motor failure on our less than a year old Bryant furnace.
I called GENERATIONS heating and air conditioning (the furnace installer) for help and within an hour, Scott came to our door to repair our furnace. He identified the problem and had to order a part which rarely fails.
The part was delivered quickly and the furnace was put back in operation under full warranty.
The service was outstanding.
