4/17/I was in the ER for nearly hours for pregnancy complications- unknown, but suspected of problems- A) Ectopic Pregnancy, B) Heterotopic Pregnancy, C) Threatened Miscarriage and was given two choicesImmediate surgery, or wait 48hrs for another HCG test to confirm whether the baby/babies were alive before going into surgeryI was directed to Generations OB for a follow up, as well as labs in 48hrs for the HCG testI called in asking to see if there was something I could do to help ease the pain- it was not worse or lighter than before- it was remaining constantI was told to go to the ERI tried explaining I just needed to know if I could take something other than TylenolI went in and did the HCG test the next day, and the Receptionist was rudeThe lab tech was asking why I was in the ER (HIPAA violation) and proceeded to argue about the kind of test I neededI asked to schedule an appointment and was deniedI was told they would get back to me with the lab result
