My parents chose this nursing home as the place to live and receive nursing careMy dad is on oxygen 24/and was not allowed a portable oxygen tank so that he could move around the facility and socializeHe was confined to his bed as a resultWhen he asked for a tank so he could shower he was told that that was illegal in Alabama and he would not be able to access the oxygen he Required while showeringAs a result he was Very weak and desperately needed oxygen each time he showered As for my mother, I personally witnessed staff be rude and disrespectful towards her, including rolling their eyes as she simply walked byWhen my mother was admitted to this facility she was beginning to lose her mobilityIn Less than two months my mother went from walking with a cane to being wheelchair boundShe cannot sit up, she cannot walkAnd the staff either ignores her or treats her disrespectfullyMy parents moved here for CARE and have only received neglect, disrespect, and rudenessI would NEVER recommend this facility for your loved ones

She cannot sit up, she cannot walk. And the staff either ignores her or treats her disrespectfully. My parents moved here for CARE and have only received neglect, disrespect, and rudeness. I would NEVER recommend this facility for your loved ones.
