This is an awful practiceThe patients are not treated like patients, but rather a way to make money for DrM [redacted] and the other providersI transferred out this practice midway through my pregnancy when I realized their billing practices are sketchy and probably unethicalThe NPs that work there will order labs and tests that are not needed, which leaves the patient responsible for a massive billAnytime you call the office, be sure you will be placed on hold for at least 15-minutesThe way they answer their phones is the same each time you call, "Generations of Women, can you hold please" EVERY TIMEI had been laughed at by the midwife that works there for asking general questions, I had been promised a phone call regarding an urgent lab test which I never received, and I am still fighting a bill that leaves me having to pay over $for tests that were ordered without my consent and a diagnosis that was never discussed with me, but was billed for (this bill was from August)Please don't even waste your time and find another practice for your OB-GYN needs unless you want the added stress during your pregnancy or for routine visits

Since advertising on the radio ** *** is too busy to help her patients-money and number of patients is more important to her than the quality of her care for patientsExpect days for a call back, expect to be pawned off to other doctors because she is too busy, one thing I didn't expect is to be lied to by her and she did a procedure on me that I didn't expect and I'm sure people heard my screaming down the hallRun-don't walk to a different doctor! I am appalled after so many years of coming to her practice that I received such traumatic serviceShame on you!!! You need to re check your priorities as a doctor!
