The Electrican working on his house was to hook the transfer switch up to his houseThen the Electrican was no longer going to do it and we were to do itThen he suddenly also needed a generator to be supplied for the jobThe materials for this job were already purchased the customer changing the job is what held up getting the work completed in a timely mannerI also responded to all the customers emails
He's now told me my deposit check is in the mail times in the last month, which includes telling both the Waukesha Police and New Berlin Police that the check was in the mail a few weeks ago. The status of the job never changed with the one day job that needed to be done(pull permit which was never done, run wire and mount switch). I found someone else to do the job and it took them hours to do all that. In months, you couldn't do any of that and provided excuse over excuse as to why it wasn't done
I want to warn people don't go here I had my nails and feet done
I am a diabetic I told them don't dig into my feet she did it anyway took a piece of my skin off my toe
then I had my nails done he left nail polish on my fingers took the file to get it off and end up cutting my finger
this is the worst service I have ever had I will never go back there and I hope people do your homework there are much better places to go to

[redacted] had promised me on 10/24 that I would have the deposit back by 10/28. Check never showed up. He promised me the work would be done in 3 calendar weeks, work was never done. He talked to both the Waukesha and New Berlin Police departments that I would get my check in the mail on the days that he talked to them which was late October, first week in November. Check never showed up. He has no intention to return the money. The job has already been done by a different, but honest contractor. Its excuse and promise after excuse and promise and no work done or deposit returned. It was a one day job that was needed. Its been 2 months. I needed it done 6 weeks ago.

I never spoke to the Waukesha Police Department. I talked to one person from New Berlin one time. I had a death in the family the week he asked for the refund and with everything going on I simple forgot. I spoke to the New Berlin detective the following week and agreed to a refund even though it cost me 200 dollars to return materials. The check has since been mailed even though I don't feel a full refund is in order. He changed the scope of work and still expected the job done on the original time line. My Electrican could not stop what he was doing to do a job he never priced out or even saw.
