Generator Supercenter of Fort Myers

I am a Vice President of an HOA in Fort Myers Florida. I have had nothing but trouble with working with this company. They start but do not finish to completion whole-house generator installs. Walk away without an explanation and force homeowners to hire at their expense other installers to finish the job. Beware!

This company was a Subcontractor that Costco hired to install a Generac Generator for whole-home backup. Not cheap. At a certain point, this company stopped installing, failed to get the right permit and eventually just stopped all correspondence for over 4 months now. I don't have a final inspection so the $20,000.00 generator might as well be a suitcase as it cannot be used without a final inspection. I cannot do it myself as I am not an electrician s required by law. I would run away if Costco uses them for your installation. Also watch out for Costco Rebate offer on this, they found a technical glitch to back out.
