I would like to take a moment and say I apologize about this issuethis was an issue when I first gave the bid on the work about existing electrical workIn fact I told her I had to replace some of the visible issues before I could continue on with my workThis was discussed and was agreeed upon by both party’sThis wasn’t done by a great electrical company eitherI have pictures of my work and the beautiful craftsmanship that comes along with years in the businessHowever I also have a receipt on the mobile link monitoring system that was purchasedI didn’t ever make it to install it truth be told and I’m willing to make it rightBut last year my year started out by a major truck accident and I’ve been battling health issues after the fact with surgeries etcthen hurricane Harvey took my place of business and my entire lively hood not to mention me and my family’s homeI’ve done over 650+ installs I’ve never failed an inspection nor have I ever been tagged on an inspectionI follow all [redacted] regulations and codesThis isn’t anything to rush through and they were very pleased with my work and now there not? I had trouble with my manufacturing companies that I have a dealership with due to a lot of change in addresses and phone numbersI’d like to take care of this issue ASAPRespectfully

by both party’s. This wasn’t done by a great electrical company either. I have pictures of my work and the beautiful craftsmanship that comes along with 7 years in the business. However I also have a receipt on the mobile link monitoring system that was purchased. I didn’t ever make it to install it truth be told and I’m willing to make it right. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
I was surprise to hear a response from Mr. [redacted]. I want to thank him for calling and addressing the issue. I do remember him mentioning that he would have to make electrical corrections in order for him to proceed with his work. I am not versed in electrical matters and I would not know nor do I know when there is a critical element to electrical mistakes, errors or mis judgements. I do know that we had a fire in the the meter box.  As in all matters of life we trust those who are experts and are supposed to be well versed in their field and assume that the work done is their best. Am sure that there are several entities at fault but to pin point would be somewhat difficult.  Though the prudent one would be to assume that the last person to have access to it is the target at the time of the incident.At this juncture I am thankful that nothing burned beyond the meter box and a financial cost, can be as it may can never be applied to lives. Our costs were pretty substantial it took a total of 12 days to get electricity, the surge shorted out the electric stove, the propane tank had to get refilled and the electrician's bill had to be paid, and several hours missed at work due to waiting for technicians.... All in all it was an adventure that I only want to experience once.Mr. [redacted] can either mail me the money of the mobile link app or install it, whichever is mor convenient for him. Wishing him well in his endeavors.

Complaint number [redacted] middle of 2017 by [redacted] I paid the entire balance back in full. I was wondering what we could do to take care of this complaint. I also had a commitment from her stating once this was paid back her end of the commitment was to respond and let you know...
