We had our generator installed in October. The work was done by very professional guys who seemed to know exactly what needed to be done and did it. They worked nonstop to get it up and working. The generator hasn't yet been needed but it starts up once a week and runs for about five minutes and shuts itself off. When an outage occurs, we are now ready.
Just had a 16 KW generator installed by Shepp Electric, very professional job, Jason, along with Charlie and Luke new exactly what each was doing and worked great together, I could not have had any better service, highly recommend this company and crew.
Waited a few months to do this review to see how the Generac preformed. Haven't had an outage but every week it starts, runs diagnostics, and I get an e-mail showing it ran and everything is okay.
From the day I called to get an estimate through the final stage was absolutely A-1. The office, the sales, the install was above what you normally get. Now, the installers. I couldn't have asked for better. Charlie and Jason were fantastic. The day they installed the Generac it pour rain and they never stopped. They are true professionals and basically nice hard working men. Jason walked me through the entire process. Charlie is one hell of a good electrician. When he isn't busy I plan to have him here again to do some electrical work for me. Over all you can't get any better than Shepp Electric in my opinion and I've worked through or with many others.
