Ordered piece of Jewelery mid Sept Have not received product yet Was told there was a manufacturing delay Poor communication Ordered goalie charm & chain Sept17, Receipt # [redacted] $paid to MasterCard Understood it would take - weeks for delivery After weeks, I reached out only to be told there was a delay with the manufacture and their molds Could not give any new firm delivery dates Have left VM and have sent several emails I do get email response with a standard apology, but no offer of any solution or making me feel like they are doing everything they can to fix the situation Keep blaming manufacturer Cannot give me a firm delivery date The latest communication has promised delivery before Christmas Have not offered any other solution I feel as though I have been scammed Very poor communication

We made an order on sept 22, and have not received it yet months laterWe have emailed and they email back saying it will be shipping soon but still a month later still nothingTried calling numbers listed on the website and they have been disconnected
Very poor customer serviceWas told the item would arrive 1/9/and as of 1/25/the item still has not been receivedI reached out to the company and they said they would be shipping me a new item but did not confirm with me that it has already been shippedWill not be giving the company my business in the future
On 01/13/I submitted an order to Generous Gems for a 14k Yellow Gold 3D Camera Charm It has yet to ship and no response from Company

The date of the problem started August on a Friday when I tried to contact the company inquiring about returning the "gold" pendent I boughtAt this time the pendent had not het come in through the mail and I didnt know it was fake yetAnd yesterday (August 20th) I received the package and had not opened it yet because it was a presentSo today (August 21) I open the package to find that the pendent does not have the number indicating that it is 14k goldIt doesn't even feel like gold and the color is not rightAfter emails and phone calls, the company has failed to get back to me and the records of "Generous Gems" does not match the information I have on the order receipt which leads me to believe that this is a scam and I need my money back ($169.02)The item number is ***, the order number is ***I p
