While Gene has provided good repairs in the past for my family as we used his services for 15+ years, his lack of truthfulness, deceit and lies over a period of recent months is the reason why I would never go to him again and wold not recommend him to others as I did do that over many yearsBesides not delivering my mother's car for over months when he promised it in weeks, and continuing to lie about the status of the repairs which put my mother without a car of extended period of time, he also blatantly lied to my mother and my wife about delivering a part that he indicated to me that he secured I needed to have my mother's insurance company intervene and help push along the repairs as Gene had 50% of the proceeds and he was not responding to inquiries from me and my family I am hopeful that AllState will not be recommending Gene in the future as these issues were documented in great detailDon't be fooled by Gene's big smile as while we had a great relationship with him over 15+ years, his business acumen and demeanor changed where I find him no longer reputable!!!!
