As a professional garage door repair for over 10 years I haven't had any problems with customers, repairing and fixing their garage doors, now in response to this letter, let me start telling you ,the two licenses that I have were given to me by...

the city of Bakersfield, as garage door repair, the two number I have, were given to me on legal way, not created by me an any way, I had never told client at any point that I was contractor license person, also if he knows how to read, he should be able to read on the invoice he got from us clearly stated ,GARAGE DOOR REPAIR, in what part of the invoice said contractor license #, NO WHERE, also, when he called us ,was, to tell us that he had to call a different company to repair garage door ,also, to tell us, that every single part we installed was wrong ,that all work we did was wrong, that everything we installed was incorrectly installed,( IN WHAT PART OF THE CONTRACT SAYS THAT I WAS GOING TO INSTALL A HEAVY DUTY OR COMMERCIAL GARAGE DOOR OR A WATER PROOF OPENER,WHY, SINCE THE BEGINNING OP PROCESS CALL A BIG COMPANY TO DO WORK,BECAUSE IT IS MORE EXPENSIVE,WHY HE DIDN'T TELL YOU THAT AFTER WE GAVE HIM THE OPTION TO GET BETTER DOOR,HE DESIRED TO BUY THE CHEAPEST ,INEXPENSIVE DOOR ,WHY HE DIDN'T SAY THAT HE DIDN'T WANT TO PAY FOR A GOOD,BETTER DOOR.) he also said that it was second time he was calling us, for door issue and told that it was the last time he was going to call and my last opportunity to either send somebody or for us to go back and check garage door and finally to tell us and trying to scare us telling me, go back to house immediately ,saying that he has allots of money and power he was going to use it and make us pay for it and finally insulting me using a inappropriate language . On 12/15/14, the garage door and motor were installed, All of the equipment was tested including the garage openers and everything was working properly, we always do same thing with every customer ,we do test every single part to the customer make sure everything works good and properly and after they agreed with job customer sings our contract ,that's what we did with this specific customer(IF THE DOOR OPENER NEVER WORK PROPERLY ,WHY HE NEVER CALL IMMEDIATELY,WHY DOES HE HAD TO WAIT ALMOST 6 MONTHS TO LET US KNOW ABOUT PROBLEM,WHY DOES HE HAD TO WAIT FOR THE CAR HIT THE DOOR AND START COMPLAINING) A 1 year warranty was given. On 5/24/15, the consumer called me and informed be that a car had hit the garage door, An explanation was given to the consumer that the 1 year warranty did not apply since the parts nor my work were defective. Since a car hit the garage door, the warranty is not longer valid at that point. My recommendation was to replace the garage door in order for it to work well and a 1 year warranty will be given if a new door was installed. Consumer wanted the least expensive option which was to do a fix but I stressed that a warranty would not be granted. The consumer opted for the fix. A couple weeks later, the consumer called to inform me that he called another company to fix the garage again. I DID NOT GET CALL FROM HIM STATING THAT HIS CAR WAS STUCK IN THE GARAGE If in fact the Consumer was under the impression that a 1 year warranty still applied he should have called me to "fix" not another company.
Resolution: I will replace the equipment at cost value.

Once again company owner is providing false information in response to the complaint filed against him. Because we were forced to hire a different company to repair all the problems we had, his services are not wanted. We are seeking to be fully reimbursed because of all the additional expenses due to his lack of wanting to fix what was wrong based on his pride.

As a professional garage door repair, in response to consumer's complain, as explained on first letter, every time we do or realize a job for someone ,after we finished the job ,we always do test every single item make sure it is working properly and right after that if client agreed to job our invoice is signed by client, everything we did was tested and client was ok with job, their problems started right after A CAR HAD HIT THE GARAGE DOOR NOT BEFORE.
Resolution: Will do any repairs or replace any parts at cost value.
