Gene’s Propane Service

Very disappointed with Genes Propane, called them to refill our propane tank after we ran out. Said they would be out within two days if it was not an emergency. We were fine with that, we had heat from our wood stove. We were placed on their schedule. Two days later we called to see if they were showing up, said they were on their way which was fine. Found out they charged us a $75 emergency fee after telling us there was no fees to be charged. Federal law states you have to inspect the appliances and propane fuel line for any leaks. Nothing was done, just started immediately filling our tank. Refused to give our refund back, then decided to give it back. That was three weeks ago and now the will not take our calls. Very dangerous company that took advantage of our trust.
