We are in receipt of the customer complaint that was sent on May 1, 2017, regarding a pair of missing pantsThe customer picked up two orders of clothing for dry cleaning and alterations (his order with the pants was on a ticket by itself), and paid for both orders He took the orders out of the store and leftWe have the two spindled tickets, which signify that they were paid for and taken.We cannot control what happens to any garment after a customer leaves our storeAs a courtesy, we did look throughout the store to see if the pants were left after they were paid for, and they are not in our establishment(Perhaps the customer lost them on the bus he boarded to go home.)
