of Mountain slate with pipe boots, turtle ventsMrs*** called a couple of weeks ago(approx.June) informed me that she has a spot on her ceiling***, Owner sent a worker to check the roof and caulk all pipe'sShe then called again a couple of weeks ago and said that she has other spot in the ceiling again*** comes to property to inspect it himself and found No damages and any leaksHe decides to remove and replace with new shingle around the chimney and also caulked the chimneyMrs*** calls once more and said she has another spot in the same area on 7/03/we where out of town that weekend and couldn't get to her until today 7/09/*** crawled in to attic and notice that water is getting in through the chimneyWater is making its way in through the chimneyToday was rain day and *** notice that is how the water is getting inMrs*** has been notify of this finding
