the following: Invoice [redacted] - Showing work performed, customer's acknowledgment, our warranty on our work, and our system check sheet Invoice [redacted] - Showing a signature to replace the condenser fan motor Invoice [redacted] - Showing the last time we made a visit to the customer's house. We recommended replacing the AC system because it was old and inefficient. Emails between the customer and our dispatcher - On the 3rd page you can see where the customer has requested that we bill her online.  Emails showing coordination to set up a free consultation for replacing the existing equipment in the customer's home. We informed the customer that she had the option to replace the old and inefficient equipment, and we would apply a credit towards the cost of new equipment if she chose to go with Aire Serv for the replacement.  The customer wanted a refund for our approved services after the work was complete. It was difficult to communicate with this customer at times but we went out of our way to accommodate her needs by waiting over an hour for her to arrive at her home after she said she was 10 minutes away, and communicating with her overseas for approval and payment information.   Please let me know if more information is needed to resolve this matter.
