Looking to get back the for the part The labor was for the company because they looked at my saw that needed the repair done but after waiting over months and would of be months before the saw was done I needed it done so I took the saw someone there offered me a different
saw to use since my saw was taking aIt and losing money which was nice but the saw would not been able to do the jobSo I said I would pay labor which was minimum shop time$and for the part so they do not have to return it but the does not cost over $even alittle less then that I got charged to try and scam me
That man should of told me that the warranty did not cover it before he did the work!! Afterwards he should of had better customer service and not been so condescending!!! Guess I'm not getting an apology.

Wehave used this in all brands of engines for 2 years & this is first complaint.Attached is Briggs & Stratton's oil use chart. It clearly states lOW30Synthetic oil is acceptable. The lady does not know how warranty works. Toro does not provide warranty for Kohler engines. Kohler warranty on this engine is 2 years.
