I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
The response was the following:Information on billing for diagnostic codes at the same time of service as preventative care is published in our consents, stated during check-in, posted flourescent paper x 11” in every room and verbally reviewed with each patient scheduled for a physical by the Medical Assistant. That is completely inaccurate and a lie! I spoke with the business w/ regards to this and they even noted that their "posted" documents are in a corner in the office somewhere, NOT every roomThere was no verbally communicated review with the patient, certainly not with me otherwise I would have known going inAnd there was no checkin process for my visit signifying these things or agreement that I signed off onThe only time I was notified of the additional charges was in the bill without explanation or clarificationOnce again, they are being deceptive and even blatantly ignoring our conversation that we had prior to my complaint to Revdex.com, to some extent acknowledged some failings to properly notify their patients and now t hey are stating they have done everything they canThis is unacceptable and just continuation of their deceptive practices!

Regarding the complaint forwarded to us, ID ***:
This issue was responded to directly to the customer/patient on April 18,
We have reviewed the visit and find that the provider accurately coded for billing. The charges incurred are due to the patient responsibility
assigned by their insurance carrier. Our contracts with the insurance carriers do not allow us to waive deductibles, co-payments or co-insurance.
Information on billing for diagnostic codes at the same time of service as preventative care is published in our consents, stated during check-in, posted flourescent paper x 11” in every room and verbally reviewed with each patient scheduled for a physical by the Medical Assistant.
For more specific information, we would require a HIPAA consent from the patient
