With regards to the client in question I offer the following;
1) [redacted] was informed via mail, email, and phone of the change in bank accounts. We are moving all of our clients to pooled accounts in preparation for a debit card program. [redacted] was aware of the changes well in advance. We will be one of the only payee organizations in the nation offering private debit card services to our clients.
2) Clients currently receiving paper checks on the [redacted] pooled account are not having issues cashing those checks. What small complications that have come up have been handled quickly by our staff.
3) Once we were made aware of [redacted] difficulties with her checks we tried to communicate to her possible solutions, and various other options. She was abrasive, abusive, and demanding. After having endured several months of similar actions, and asking [redacted] on multiple occasions to please contact SSA regarding her benefits, we determined we could not provide a satisfactory service to her. At that point we informed SSA of our decision to remove her from our client list and informed them we would forward [redacted] all the funds currently on deposit with us.
4) At no time did anyone associated with Genesis Area Development "threaten" [redacted] in any way. We did the very best job we could answering her constant demand for email, phone, and SMS text contact.
5) The Social Security Administration raised the monthly fee for payee services from $39 to $40 effective January 1st, 2014.
We have provided a complete accounting of [redacted] funds directly to her on multiple occasions. We have also provided that accounting, at her request, to [redacted] with Disability In Action. We have had several calls from SSA on her behalf and provided them with all requested information. [redacted] requested on multiple occasions we investigate these same type charges against her former payee. We told her at that time we were not able to do so but she could certainly visit with SSA on that matter. We were able to acquire bank statements from the prior payee and provided those to [redacted].
While it is true we do not currently have staff living in Austin we do have staff in our office every Tuesday from 10am to 3pm. This fact was communicated to [redacted] several times prior to our becoming her representative payee. We do have staff moving to the area in May in order to facilitate daily face to face contact with our clients. However, [redacted] has never had an issue contacting us as evidenced by 76 pages of
documented contact with her.
In conclusion I do regret we were unable to provide a satisfactory service to [redacted]. Every penny of her money is accounted for through very detailed transaction reports. I do stand by our company's reputation providing quality services for nearly 700 clients. We meet and/or exceed SSA best practices on a daily basis.

I am rejecting this response because:  [redacted]',Genesis Area Development/[redacted]., statements lack credibility.  I can fax or mail you the multiple, irradiated "Transactions Sheets" mailed to me from [redacted], Genesis Area Development, and [redacted], Genesis Area Development, including the ones mailed to me when supposedly "any and all money" I had left in my [redacted] account that was withdrawn per [redacted] when he told Social Security Administration that I was going to receive $497.06 but I actually only received $465.35!   Mr. [redacted]'s statement to me in January 2014 was that I had a SAVINGS of over $400.00!  I will fax or mail you all of the various multitudes of "Transactions Sheets" along with the [redacted] that [redacted], Tx. Health and Human Services, received from [redacted], Genesis Area Development.  The second Social Security staff, who retorted, "The [redacted] are crooks!" and acted though he was familiar with Genesis Area Development's problems toward clients as their Representative Payees, because after I explained to him that Genesis Area Development was not giving me any way to cash their [redacted] account checks and how the Genesis Area Development's staff  treated me, the second Social Security Staff shook his head in agreement.  The amount of money I received was - per [redacted], "any and all Money" I had - less than the amount [redacted] claimed I was receiving $497.06 but actually only received $465.35!   [redacted] mailed the $465.35 money order via the second overnight envelope almost one week after the Saturday they should have received it to [redacted], Lawyer for [redacted].  You will see that none of the "Transaction Sheets" match each other nor do the ones from [redacted] match the [redacted] bank account statements that [redacted], Texas Health and Human Services, received from [redacted], Genesis Area Development, after she tried to talk to [redacted] about giving me a bank statement which I had been told by [redacted], Genesis Area Development,( and in January by [redacted], Genesis Area Development) that I would be receiving a bank statement but never received ANY they promised.   You will see that Genesis Area Development withdrew my savings for "Funds On Hold" which was suppose to be for emergencies only with my Service dog.  Genesis Area Development withdrew this savings of $8 per month via Automated Payment Withdraw or "EFT" which is illegal for them to hold any of my money outside of my bank account or withdraw any money for anything other than for their service fee, my bills and my allowance - especially via Automatic Payment Withdraw or "EFT!"  The "EFT's" or "Automatic Payment Withdrawals" are listed on the [redacted]s I will fax you or mail you.  [redacted], Texas Health and Human Services, also called Adult Protective Services about me and my situation with [redacted] and [redacted], both with Genesis Area Development, not communicating with me after [redacted] yelled at me on Christmas day, December 25, 2013 that I had to call Social Security Administration to find another representative payee - which the Social Security Administration in Austin, Texas refused to help me - because I asked for a bank statement to back up [redacted]' "Transactions Sheets."   The Social Security Administration told me that Genesis Area Development put my SSDI checks on Suspension.  I kept trying to get in touch with [redacted] and [redacted] to find out if I was still their client or not.  Then after January 7 or 10, 2014, [redacted] finally called me and said they did not put my SSDI checks on "Suspension" and that they never intended for me not to remain their client.  So the many games I had to endure due to lack of common decency from Genesis Area Development's Crooks family!!  [redacted], Disability Rights, Texas, became involved and met me at the Georgetown, Texas Social Security Administration Office to get my checks off of suspension.  Later, [redacted] declared that Genesis Area Development straightened my SSDI checks off of suspension with the Social Security Administration which was not the truth!  Neither he nor [redacted] bothered to follow up on anything they said they would follow up on - such as my money left over in my account with Family Eldercare that Social Security Administration had the wrong bank account number to directly deposit my money but [redacted] forcefully told me that she straightened out is still at the Social Security Administration due to repeatedly being returned due to wrong address.  So I guess [redacted] straightened the wrong bank account number to deposit my transferred money from Social Security Administration by giving them a wrong address.  Sorry, this is not sarcasm nor a joke.
[redacted] is the one who threatened to not accept me as a client for just asking questions about Genesis Area Development which I asked before I would apply so Genesis Area Development would become my Representative Payees.  [redacted], Genesis Area Development, yelled at me stating ( paraphrased) that, if I asked questions, he would not accept me as a client!  I was only asking how they worked differently than [redacted].  No one at Genesis Area Development told me that they would refuse to mail me any letters or help me reply to any letters stating that my discounts for my phone or electric and needed reapplications or that they had run out.  I had to ask [redacted], Genesis Area Development, for the letter from the business that helped me with my electric utility discount.   The letter from Social Security Administration, stated that they suspended my SSDI checks due to Genesis Area Development after [redacted] yelled at me and forcefully stated, "I am the [redacted] and [redacted] of Genesis Area Development!" after I asked her about her identity via email to [redacted], Genesis Area Development, and to [redacted] during her yelling and ranting at me via a phone call to me on Christmas day, December 25, 2013, stating that I needed to call Social Security and tell them to find me a new Representative Payee after I asked [redacted], Genesis Area Development, about getting a Bank Statement to prove where my money went.  First, [redacted] emailed me out of the blue without identifying herself or her position with Genesis Area Development before I found out it was run by the [redacted] family. 
You can compare all of these "Transactions Sheets" given to me by: 1. [redacted]   2. [redacted]   3. [redacted]  & 4. [redacted] to [redacted], Texas/ then [redacted] to me.  None of the various "Transactions Sheets" match each other!   I certainly don't believe that [redacted]' information is at all accurate because his Transactions Sheets that he sent me did not include all of the entire months! Also, [redacted]' "Transactions Sheets" do not match the ones he sent to [redacted], Texas! Why would [redacted] send [redacted], Texas, a totally different set of "Transactions Sheets" than he did me if he ([redacted]) was trying to be attentive to his job and accurate?  This is sloppy work done in a hurry with total lack of care!!  The lack of communication and cooperation by Genesis Area Development's Crooks family and [redacted] is quite evident!!   Why were they so incommunicable toward me but communicative toward [redacted], Tx. Health and Human Services, and [redacted], Disability Rights, Texas? To answer this myself, I will say that it is all to blow smoke and act only when forced!  Genesis Area Development's Crooks Family and staff, [redacted], should have acted in a professional manner and shown a tiny bit of care in being honest and upfront by backing up their "Transactions Sheets" with a simple bank statement, which I should had rights to have seen.  However, as you can see, the work was sloppy and the [redacted]' and [redacted] showed that they did not care anything about my rights to my money and proper handling of my money.  Just a bit of common decency  goes a long way.  Truth will always prevail!  The credible evidence of my statements about Genesis Area Development's [redacted] family and [redacted] treatment toward me and the handling of my money, my utility discounts and receiving fair treatment and their utter lack of follow through so I would received my money transferred from Social Security to be directly deposited into the right bank account and then the right address time after time is a huge sign of the uncaring, thoughtless attitudes that the [redacted] family and their coheart, [redacted] have proven needs to be taken further so that no other vulnerable client will be another victim of Genesis Area Development nor the Social Security Administration who is SUPPOSE to oversee businesses like Genesis Area Development!  Social Security Administration promises to oversee these businesses that they refer disabled people who are on Social Security Income for Disability or Social Security Disability Income and the judge who declares the disabled person having to have a representative payee!  I can not get any help from the Austin, Texas Social Security Administration so this is the only avenue of recourse to show the public how Genesis Area Development really works!
Please give Genesis Area Development a lower Revdex.com rating so all can see the truth about this company - even Social Security Administration if they care to look and actually oversee this abusive business practices by Genesis Area Development's [redacted] family and [redacted]!!  Please help me follow through in getting "any and all" of the rest of my money from Genesis Area Development back to me!!  These people at Genesis Area Development have already shown that they only deserve a Revdex.com rating of D-!  Please show the world their new Revdex.com rating and do not allow anyone else to fall into their trap!!  Genesis Area Development should not be allowed to take advantage or be abusive with any other disabled person and their money!!  Stop Genesis Area Development!!  All I want is the truth to be known about Genesis Area Development and how abusively they treat clients who are made vulnerable and Genesis Area Development takes full advantage of Social Security Administration lack of oversight as well as full advantage of their power to harm clients!!  Just look at all the games they have played with me!  Who will be next?

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, as of Wednesday, July 15th, I have not yet received the refund in question. I spoke with [redacted] I believe Thursday, July 9th who stated that they would put a rush on getting the payment submitted, meaning it would go out either that day (July 9th) or Friday the 10th. I called QFW today (July 15th) and was very professionally told that due to accounting issues, the check would not be sent out until perhaps Friday the 17th, indicating that it may take longer but they would keep me in the loop.I want to let it be known that when it came time for me to pay a deposit for the project at QFW, [redacted] himself came to my residence in record time to collect that check. As God as my witness, had the work been done in such time (and the weather was permitting so, FYI), neither QFW nor the Revdex.com would ever have heard a complaint from me, but rather QFW would already had the remainder of the money for the total cost of the project. Is this how they treat all of their customers since opening for business in the 1980s? Do their commercial customers wait this long for turnaround?As for my comment regarding undocumented workers, when I spoke with [redacted] on July 9th, he stated that work gets sub-contracted out, and sometimes even those contractors sub-contract the work. As a customer, I was initially 'won over' by QFW when [redacted] showed up at my residence for the initial estimate, stating that he has over 20+ years in the business, and I believe him after listening to the terminology he used and seemed to understand the science of timing, stain, etc. Why am I the customer not worthy of that level of service? Truthfully, I do not know the two men that showed up at my residence to install the gate, I just know they made a mess of my lawn and did not sand the wood down leaving many splinters near where one would open or close the gate, and some of that wood even has splits/cracks. When a horizontal support beam was left nailed in, making it difficult for one to enter/exit from that gate, the men spoke very poor English to convey what that is and why it is necessary, nor did they advise what I am to do about it. Regardless, QFW did send someone to remove it.Moving forward, my point is I never 'sub-contract' my work out, because I am a man of integrity. When I meet with customers initially for my business and tell them of my years of experience + credentials--they get just that and nothing less or I do not get work. I have a strong work ethic, and I believe in morals and principles. As of now, this matter is still UNRESOLVED until QFW gets their accounting in order and I receive and cash the check from them.
