Genesis Auto Wash, LLC

Good afternoon my name is MrCToday at about 4:PM I was at the car wash off of Sunol and as I get there I began to just vacuum my car out if I have done at least times before first in via go to the car wash so I can keep going as I was vacuum my car out today and employee came out and told me that I can no longer vacuum my car out first I must get a car wash I told him I haven't heard that before and I haven't seen that posted anywhere I am also a member of this car wash he said well you can't do that anymore and I asked him who said that that was a rule he said because I told you so I said OK and I proceed to finish packing my car out as I was bent over in the backseat vacuum my car out I heard a voice yelling at me from behind and it was the car wash manager telling me that I need to stop right now I can't vacuum my car out anymore unless I get a car wash first year I told him I never see that in the policy or any paperwork that I have and I don't see that post it here anywhere I also told him that I am a member of this car wash he said there is no free vacuuming I said Sir I am a member of this car washHe said he doesn't care he's the manager and he began to snatch the vacuum hose out of my head I said Sir please back up with my car you are harassing me and violating my space and this is the form of assault you do not have the right to snatch anything out of my hand please move away from me then he said OK I'm going to take your license plate number down and call the police so at that time I begin to hang up the holes and get in my car and politely leave the facility I was not even able to get my car wash because I feel so uncomfortable I do not understand why they target me when there were other cars on the lot vacuuming out there car first before they went through the wash I'm not sure if this is the policy and procedure but I don't believe is the policy and procedure of any business for their manager to come out and harass the customer nor snatch anything out of their hands and threaten to call the police on them when they haven't done anything wrong I have never been treated with such disrespect and I find that to be very embarrassing because I was not out of order I was not being disruptive and I just cannot understand why two of the employees of that car wash had to come out and bombard me because I was vacuuming my car out first before I went to the car was I do not appreciate this type of service I am a resident of this community I live less than three blocks away from this car wash I frequent often so do my parents so do my spouse and so do my friends I do not appreciate being treated like that it is very very disrespectful my name is MrCmy contact number is [redacted] for now I'm almost in fear of going back to this car wash because I was harassed by two of your employees I do not want to be a target or bothered by them if I don't need there assistanceI want to enjoy the process of cleaning my car inside and out in peaceYou manager has really really turned a good day into a bad day for meI will be reporting this Incident to the department of labor filing a formal complaint I was in fear I didn't know what that manager was about to do when he began to snatch that vacuum hose out of my hand like that very aggressively very forcefully I do not know him I do not know any of the employees there I am just a regular customer and that was very embarrassing and I do not like being threatened and I do not like being threatened that if I don't do what they say dude that is not posted or policy that they will call the police on me when I know that I am a good citizen and a citizen of this in our communityI look forward to hear response from your company I'm not sure if genius, what is a corporate entity but I will be trying to escalate this issue as high as it can possibly go I am not sure the managers name he is African-American guy heavyset they wear his glasses and the employee I have no clue what his name was but he was a dark skinned it African-American guy with kind of a Afro they were very rude irate and disrespectful and aggressive and I am totally uncomfortable and I do not want people like that working in my community Your employees exhibited the worst customer service possible today I am very displeased Sincerely, DeAngelo C [redacted]
