Genesis Billing Services, Inc.

I have received three bills from this collection agency since the middle of April, Each bill has a detailed claim from when I have visited my provider Each time I have received a statement from this agency, which is three statements, I have called my insurance checking the status of each visit My provider has been paid I have never, ever received a bill from my provider, nor have I been approached by them when I have a visit I have never received a phone call from the provider, either Is it not protocol for my provider to bill me, then send it to collections if I have not paid? This is not the situation at all I believe my hippa rights have been violated
