In response to complaint: Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We were already in dialog with the customer regarding their contract with us. Apparently the customer was confused by the billing and once we were able to communicate and go over the invoice together the

Genesis capital did not "reimburse" me for sales tax paid.  They harassed
me for two months to pay them the $2,610.00.  They e-mailed me
repeatedly, I have attached one of many e-mails from [redacted]
trying to collect.  They called my office several times a day to get me
to pay them more money.  They invoiced me which I have included in this
e-mail.  Please note the 520.00 late fee they tried to hit me with.  I
have also included a copy of the original agreement that I signed before
they changed the terms and payment.  It clearly shows a monthly payment
of $892.00.  I tried to explain to Christian that I file a monthly
sales and use tax return to the PA Dept of Revenue and could provide him
that information.  His response was that I didn't know what I was
talking about and I didn't know how to run my business. He said I would
either pay him the money now or later, then hung up on me.  I currently have over 20 commercial vehicles and have owned dozens more over the course of my career.  I have never had a lender change the terms of the deal, bait and switch before.  I want to keep this from happening to anyone else.  I want title to my vehicle so that I no longer have to deal with these people.

I have spoke to [redacted] from Genesis and he explained to me about all the charges. He took the time and was very patient with the questions. Everything has been worked out and I had misread to contract. It is at no fault to Genesis and we have resolved the issue in my favor. Please close this complaint as being solved.
