I don't usually write these reviews, but I felt like I needed to ......I was very impressed with Genesis carpet cleaning employees......from the appointment co-ordinator, to the dispatcher, to the actual workers. All were very professional, yet personable and friendly. The fellows that came to my house, had already done three fairly large jobs, for the day. Instead of calling to reschedule, they still showed up. I knew they were running on reserve energy, but they set up and cleaned, as if it was their first job, of the day.....smiling and loving on my dogs, all the while. They did a thorough job, cleaned up any overspray, and were gone...the only evidence of them being here was my clean area rugs. Great job, Genesis!

We had an amazing experience with Genesis Commercial Services. They ripped out all the flooring in our downstairs and replaced it with laminate. The entire process was great. They were on time, clean, respectful, a great price and did a wonderful job! We highly recommend Brian and his team!!!

I've known Brian for several years. He's a good man and he does a great job. You can't go wrong with Genesis Commercial Services for your home or business!
