facts:
I purchased a watch from genesis diamonds and it literally came apart after months (the store in nashville tn ***)
I was given another watch and it promptly began to have a loose pin like the original watch, but caught the problem before it, once again, came apart
in summary, in less than on year, one watch came apart and the other surely would have followed suit
needless to say, I was afraid to wear the watch in fear of losing it and looked to the company to make things right and they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING !!!!!!!
so, I am stuck with an inferior product and all they can say is "sorry"
BEWARE and don't say you were not warned

I was extremely pleased with my experience at Genesis Diamonds. Their customer service is amazing and the sales person literally held our hand through the entire process. If you're in the market for an engagement ring, I assure you that this is the place to be!
