1.Breach of contract ,
2. costumer failed to pay for our services when job was done
3. Costumer hired another company " without consulting me" to re-grade the warranty work we did so that being done is a breach in warranty on contract

I made contact with the costumer when this all started and he said don't worry about it !!!!! And rest of my money.
5. He never signed my contract and never came around the job
6. My lawyer said to say if I get harassed more she will sue him for threatening me in emails and breach of contract .

Here's your letter and try messaging before you make a false statement about me . You told me nothing would be done till I get you a statement and I told you I will get you one !

Firstly, the contractor Did Not finish the job. They are the parties in Breach. Genesis is contractually bound to fix any cracks in the foundation (which they did not do), replace weeping tile, (which they did so poorly it floods in Unit 1, every time it rains) and they were to Grade and seed the lawn areas, (which was also done so poorly I had to pay another contractor to fix the grade and install grass, as Genesis did not provide the grass)
4 instances of breach or poor performance so egregious that the warranty or guarantee should be invoked.
Further developments since I filed this complaint*
The foundation work is so poorly done that it floods in Unit 1 every time a heavy rain occurs. This is absolutely unacceptable as I paid Genesis to rectify this problem, not make it 1000% worse. Brand new drywall and flooring was destroyed because of Genesis's negligence.
Tyson made no attempts to contact me to rectify any of these issues. I have dozens of unanswered texts, emails and phone calls.[redacted]
[redacted] is not in breach of contract in any way. We contracted Genesis to perform and job and they did not complete the work and the work they performed was so poorly done that it has exacerbated our problems 100 fold.[redacted] I will send pics to Revdex.com of the last 2 floods. [redacted] The weeping is incorrectly installed, causing massive flooding in Unit 1.
Genesis never got a permit from the City to do this work. An inspection from the City, would have obligated Genesis to perform the work properly, but this is not the case.
[redacted] is under no obligation to "consult" Genesis, and this is not a breach in any form. No where in our agreement does it stipulate that [redacted] must consult and cannot employ another contractor to rectify Genesis's gross negligence in this regard. [redacted] has an obligation to it's ownership to correct problems, especially when they are of this magnitude. Genesis's statement that [redacted] is in Breach of Contract is totally erroneous.
The simple fact is that Genesis was hired to correct moisture issues related to foundation issues. They did not fix cracks which was clearly outlined in the quote/scope and contract. This resulted in a massive flood when we first watered the grass. Genesis refused to visit the site and correct the problem. We hired another contractor to fix the crack. This does not negate Genesis's warranty, in actuality Genesis is refusing to perform under the contract and therefore are the only party in any sort of breach.
I will forward all pictures, (which I have already forwarded to Genesis) of the flooding and the poor grading.
This is not acceptable and Genesis's response is just further evidence that they do not want to do anything to rectify their horrific work.
In regards to legal threats, please tell Tyson to sue [redacted], it will save me the hassle of filing a claim. Contacting the contractor to perform his duties under a legal contract does not constitute harassment in any form.
Genesis has had ample time to rectify this issue or provide a solution. [redacted]
