I have bern trying to get a payday lian from this company fir days..I was told spprovef for $400..first of sll I have received payday loans from other clmpanues for up to $...ok so my hr deot faxed back the oayroll knfo of my job to deduct..I submitted an online banking they ssid they had to submit to be reviewed and when asjed how long it would take to approve the manager told me my accojbt woulb be in limbo her words until either I get a checking account that is not online...so I go iut of my way open a bank acciubt at *** *** bank triedvcalling them...I had to force them to take the bank info...now im told youll get an email byeDont calk check your emailWhich mesnsvthst comoanues that are alit better approved me for more I paid them offBut this comoany sats im not credit wothyAnd I make good money at my jobWhats really going on here..and fie the kicjer the c.e.o of this company should lusyen ti when I callex on 06/24/around pm the mabager told me if you have gotten lians with other comoanues you should have gone with thempretty much go to the competitirGreat management!

I have done business with this company for many years and just started a new loan which on the stub I sent them showing payments would start from my payroll within to cyclesIt won't start until 11/but they are calling me now for payment which I don't have now I asked if they could just put the payment at the end and was told if I do that will be over $due to interest that will build per day I asked due to the situation can they waive this and let me pay at the end without interest and just let it start on 11/ They refused to help me this will be my last loan with them and I will not do business with them anymore after this

Do not do business with this company The moment you miss a payment, they change your payoff to be the full amount of your installment agreement For example, if you take out a loan for $and you have installments of $for months, you will be required to pay the full amount of your installment agreement They have absolutely no customer service skills and do not treat their customers with respect and especially are not willing to work with anyone to define a reasonable payment Their director of collections is the worst person to deal with He is extremely unprofessional, condescending, and will only play hard ball You cannot win with this company I don't ever have ill wishes against someone but please share your experience so this company goes out of business Take it from someone who has learned this the hard way!

It won't let me file a complaint so let me just list it here First of all I had a supposed company who was helping with a POS to pay off my loans They took all my loans and said the were breaking the FTC sec#UDAAP violationsFor check loans They included all of them then proceeded to bleed me try to where I could pay my loans because I was paying them so much I found out how much and for how long and I dropped *** In the meantime I had no idea so Genesis was so I didn't pick up my phone Then they began calling me at work and didn't stop even though I asked then several times not to call me at work That is against the fair collection practices If I lose my job how am I supposed to pay them then? If I sue I can charge them 2k for every time they called me and harassed me at work after I asked them not to That's about 10k and supposedly I owe them hmmm Sounds like they owe me money

I got behind in payments when I got sick and tried to work with their rep that handles past due accounts but was told that her boss did not want to work with me and proceed with a garnishment I called today to speak with her to find out what the balance remaining is and she takes it upon herself to start chastising me about how I didn't want to work with them which is a lie and she was gloating about how much I am paying in interest to their company because I am being garnished which is 306% I have done business with this company in the past and did not deserve to get treated in this way They have received what I owe but they are getting triple the amount and for her act in that manor is not professional I filed a complaint with their upper management and was told that he would pull the call and look into it but I seriously doubt that he willI will not be doing any more business with this company and I should have never done business with them because of their extremely rip off interest rates

So just a quick review hereI got a dollar payday loan from themTheir rates are high just like any other payday loan companyOnly use them as a last resortTheir prices, interest and fees are clearly stated and at no point did I feel like I was being ambushed by a charge that wasn't clearly in black and white before the money was sent to meOne negative thing for me was last week I called to set up a full payoff of my loan of dollars for today 12/15/Well yesterday I called and had that amount changed to dollars because my overtime was cut short leaving me short on funds for ChristmasThey said it wouldn't be a problem and they would only take out from my bankWell low and behold they took out the from my bank when they said they weren't going toKinda leaves me in a tough spot and I wish that my final transaction with them would have ended pleasantly instead in a deceitful lieThankfully I no longer owe them anything, but Christmas in my household will suffer after they assured me that the amount they were going to take out was only instead of Oh well, that's loan sharking for ya I guessLesson learned

While Genesis Financial Services admits no wrongdoing, we are willing to work with Ms. [redacted] to reach a desired resolution. In her complaint, Ms. [redacted]—who is not, nor has ever been, a customer of Genesis Financial Services—states that we have been contacting her erroneously. Unfortunately, a current customer of Genesis provided this number as their contact number. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused Ms. [redacted]. Sadly, some of our customers mislead our Payables Department by saying we’ve dialed the wrong number when we try to contact them about the status of their accounts. As a result, when someone tells us that we have the incorrect number, we must verify. On Jan. 14, a day before receiving this complaint, we were able to confirm that Ms. [redacted] was telling the truth and subsequently removed her number from our database. While we regret any frustration Ms. [redacted] has experienced over this matter, we must make clear that this number was provided as a contact number on a customer’s application. It should also be noted that it was not until Jan. 14 that we were able to verify the information Ms. [redacted] had provided. We have removed Ms. [redacted]’s number from the account with which it was erroneously associated and will no longer contact her. While we admit no wrongdoing, we are happy to do this as we do not want to cause any additional aggravation to Ms [redacted].
