Worst Card Service Place in History
Had to close all 3 accounts! Was almost done paying off one card but all sudden my account wasn't valid but was able to pay on the other 2 accounts with the same account that was supposedly invalid doesn't make ANY sense. Then one payment was posted to the wrong account and its now almost June and still no action taken along with it affecting my credit HORRIBLE!

Hi ***- I apologize for the delay in responding, I have to coordinate with a number of other departmentsSince the account was opened in 2010, we have to query a third party for old statements, and weigh the costs of obtaining those (may not be a big deal)They have requested this information and are just waiting to hear backThat said, if the consumer thought there were fraudulent charges on the account in 2010, he would have had to address the issue at that timeThere’s nothing that can be done now
