GENESIS GROUP

Review: The [redacted] Church entered into an agreement in June 2013 with The Genesis Group to help secure financing for our building fund project. We paid them $7500.00 to help in this endeavor. They were unsuccessful in this effort. In March, we were promised a refund of $4500.00 within 90 days. After 90 days, we had not received the refund. When we followed up we were told that they were having difficulty but would refund us $5500.00 for our delays. We were told that we would probably receive it in two weeks but it could take up to 90 days. Another 90 days has passed and we have been sending emails and calling with no response.Desired Settlement: We would like the refund of $5,500 that was promised to our organization.
