Review: Renovating small little building. Unfortunately Genesis Home renovations is completely unreliable. Has broken contract. I paid for six (6) windows only five arrive. Also paid for sheet rock, window sill, and dehumidifier items that never arrived to the job site. Therefore I forward this to my attorneys and we are moving forward I'm bringing them to court.

I Urge those not to get involved with this groupDesired Settlement: I want my money back for the six window that never arrived and the and a refund for the under installed Windows. Only two windows were installed. As well as sheetrock, dehumidifier, and windowsil

Review: Contractor, [redacted] (alias- [redacted] and [redacted]), was contracted to replace broken deck railing, paint railing and paint decking. Contractor replaced the railing and never returned to paint the railing or the deck. After several attempts to contact the contractor, he finally answered his phone when I called from an unrecognized number, and became belligerent and threatening when I asked him to finish our contracted work. I have paperwork that documents I have paid him for painting the railing as he stated that he had to return a couple of months after installing the railing to allow the wood to dry; however, he has not returned to paint the railing and he argues that I have not paid him.Desired Settlement: One year ago, contractor quoted work at $1890. Contractor re-quoted same work this year, but other work was lumped into the quote (quote was not properly itemized). Of the work that was quoted $1899, 100% still needs to be completed, but I only owe him $1050 of total bill quoted this year. I'd like to be refunded $840 for work not completed yet.
