I went in for Botox on my forehead and eyesFrom the first time I went in there, I had nothing but problemsI'm not sure they even know what they're doingI had to go back at least three times to have them fix their mistakes, which never really fixed themYes, they did it on the house, as they should have because I look absolutely awful because of them! Friends even asked what happened to my forehead!! Now that the Botox has worn off, my forehead is even worse than it was before and I have an embarrasssing bumpy crease along my brow line

They did not honor representations by correcting mistakes as quickly as possible It took me multiple phone calls, visits and 3-mails to attempt to try to remedy and understand a bill I received almost months after my treatment I also had follow up visit that I paid for their recommended products and never got an itemized bill saying that it didn't include the amount for treatment or my discounts they initially told me about I am still attempting to get a complete copy of my records for care I only received pages when I went in person asking for a complete copy Then through e-mail I still only received more pages I know there are still visits on different dates that I do not have copies for My treatment was on Aug 15, I was understanding that I paid for my care at that time and the other follow up visit I went for I then received a bill April I called multiple times and I was placed on hold twice, then hung up on This happened numerous times in attempt
