I am rejecting this response because: Victoria claims to have sent me a text however I have never received a text nor has she communicated with me in any way since 06-16-15. I understand her financial position and I am willing to wait a little longer however since she is not communicating with me I can only come to the conclusion that she has chosen to ignore my requests. I sense that she is an honest person however she does need to communicate with me and keep me apprised of the situation. At this point and given Victoria's financial crisis I feel I will not see my refund

I am rejecting this response because:I still maintain that I did not receive the text.  In order for me to consider this complaint resolved I will need my refund.  I fully understand that she cannot pay me all of the money but there has been no effort or attempt to even refund me part of the money.  I do not harbor any bad feelings toward Victoria or Mi Casa Bonita as she was very good to my mother during her short stay there and very helpful on the day the day my mother passed away.  I simply want to get this settled.

I did send a text with explanation to [redacted]  on August 5, 2015 @11:44 pm. I am sorry it was late in the evening, I just wanted to communicate with [redacted] of my finacial set back.I am sorry [redacted] feels that she will not see a refund.
