Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I still maintain that I did not receive the text In order for me to consider this complaint resolved I will need my refund I fully understand that she cannot pay me all of the money but there has been no effort or attempt to even refund me part of the money I do not harbor any bad feelings toward Victoria or Mi Casa Bonita as she was very good to my mother during her short stay there and very helpful on the day the day my mother passed away I simply want to get this settled Regards, [redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason if he complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved]
