Over the course of years Genesis has not responded to requests for calls or to any emails requesting updates. Collected large fees for auctions and on two separate occasions advised the investments were sold. Then after repeated attempts to make contact, and many promised never returned phone calls I was advised on both occasions the deals had fallen through. It is my contention this firm deliberately miss lead me to collect fees in the thousands of dollars. I have no proof that there actually was an auction in Hong Kong.
I want my auction fees refunded or payment for the goods as I was advised the items were in fact sold not to worry everything is fine ...on many occasions. So the deliberate misrepresentation wasn't a one off mistake it was repeated many times on each occasion, with a congratulations and you will be receiving 50 per cent of the auction fees back.
