I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12301725, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meHowever I do not agree with the statement made about stating I should have given them time to review and not post on the media that Genesis Supreme does not take care of their customersI submitted my original warranty claim in April and was told NO, not that they're reviewing the claimAfter my submission to the Revdex.com is when they became compliant and as a result I have a scheduled service apt on 16SEP

Good Morning Miriam, I am emailing you in regards to *** ***I had tried to call you on this past Friday to discuss this complaint. Yes you correct there are always to sides to every storyWe here at Genesis Supreme try to always put our customers first but at
the same time must first investigate issues that come up before approvingMr *** did stop here at our plant to discuss his issue and our service manager had told him we will work with the dealer and must review before approvingWe also got our vendor involved We sell a lot of units and this sort of damage to the floor does not happen very often so we had to do our own investigation to see why this had happened to his floorWe don’t just approve without doing this first He is correct we do not have anything posted in the unit about putting something on the floor to protectWe will look into this in the futureI own one of our units and I always protect the floor since I know the wheels get hot and I don’t want to cause a problem We have reviewed all his pictures and have approved for his replacement of the floorHe is aware of this.
