Hi, I just placed an order with Genesis Virgin Hair a few days ago (9/22/18)...and I've been trying to get in contact with them to cancel my order. I do no wish to have the hair, I found something else that will suit my needs. I can't believe the reviews I'm seeing, and I can't help but to feel taken advantage of. I usually read reviews and do research before paying my money online. I didn't because this was a reputable company and I have ordered in the past (2013ish). How do I go about getting my money back? Has anyone gotten a Refund? I already am pushing for my REFUND because it looks like the hairnwill never get to me (based on the handful of reviews on here). I'm so disappointed and can't help but to feel like I got played. This is ridiculous. Can anyone suggest how I go about getting my money back. I spent 140 for a frontal.

I placed an order for hair on August 31st today is September 24th and I still have not received any hair any emails nothing I sent two emails I left two voicemails spent $220 and they have not even responded and let me know when my hair is coming I leave out of town Thursday the 26th to go on vacation and I have no hair I am contacting my bank and letting them know to refund the money for this purchase since no product has been received no one has responded to my emails no one has responded to my phone calls I'm so heartbroken I used to love this company this is by far the worst experience I've ever had with any Merchant

My order has not been delivered and it has been a little over a month.I submitted an order on 04/03/2016 for a 14 inch closure and 2 bundles of Brazilian wavy hair in 14 and 16 inches. The order total was 193.29, and I paid with my debit card information through [redacted] I received an email with the order number [redacted] advising it would take 7 to 10 business days for processing. I waited until 04/14 before sending an email to [redacted]@gmail.com, inquiring about the order. It states on their website that I should receive a response in 24 hours. I did not receive a response and sent a second email on 04/19. I still did not receive a response, and sent a final email on 05/08 requesting a refund of the order I placed. I placed an order for 3 bundles of hair which was to take 7-10 business days to ship. It's been a little over two weeks and I've heard nothing. I placed an order with this company on 04/01/16. I purchased a 14,16 and 18 inch bundle (a total of three bundles) of hair at $54, $59 and $64. With shipping included my credit card was charged $187.30 on the same day of purchase 04/01/16. I received a confirmation email as well as an order [redacted] on the same day of purchase. The email also stated that I would be emailed the shipment information after processing (which again the site stated 7-10 business days.) I waited until a few days before the 10th business day and at this point was very concerned. I then sent an email on 04/11/16 (4 days before expected shipment) to see if I could get an update. The site states "If you have questions, comments or concerns about your order or the content found within this website, please feel free to contact us via email at [redacted]@gmail.com and one of our experience team members will get back to you within 24 hours." I waited 24 hours and heard nothing. Since then I have contacted the business on 04/13/16 regarding the same issue of not hearing back on my order, and then a final time today 04/15/16. At this point I am just very disappointed in the integrity of this business. This is my first time purchasing from them and I had high hopes.But at this point I just had to escalate this to get a response on a simple request. I believe compensation would be justifiable as I have waited patiently and been nothing but cordial in the emails to the business. Their 24 hr email response promise as well as their shipment info they state on their site is false and I should be compensated.Desired SettlementI would like for the company to please contact me back in regards to my order. I still would like the product but I do not understand why the business has gone silent since I have made my purchase. I ordered hair. The company hasn't sent out any confirmation of the status of the hair however they have taken my money from my account. I ordered hair from the company on April 11, 2016. In the amount of $274.80. The site says that it would be shipped anywhere between 7 to 10 business days. I have tried contacting them however there was an email sent saying that they have been backed up and they will get to the order soon. There is no contact number on the site and I thought it would have been here by now.Desired SettlementI would like a refund being that this has been very unprofessional.

I noticed they had an option for [redacted] but I couldn't remember my credentials at that time, but that should not matter since they were paid in full.I was referred to this "company" by a close friend, and even some of the online reviews helped me with choosing GVHC, so initially I was excited with this being my first and now LAST experience with them. It's upsetting and frustrating that anyone would have a business, and are ok with scamming their customers. You shouldn't pick and choose who you want to respond to because after all it is a business. If your website/clause states "one of our experienced team members will contact you in 24 hours after stating a concern", that is what the customer EXPECTS because that's what you guarantee. Also, if you guarantee 7 day processing (excluding weekends and holidays) then adhere to your promise. The customer would understand if you're a one person business and you may respond within 48-72 hours, but you MUST respond. It's bad business when you don't. At this point I don't even want the hair anymore, I just want a full refund of $166.30 to my bank account as I have not received any product. I placed my order with Genesis Virgin Hair on Friday, March 4th. I was told at that time that it would take 7 business days to process my order and that this time was not included within the time needed for shipping. On March 15th (the 7th business day), I received an email from Genesis Virgin Hair indicating that my order had been processed and that I would receive an email from [redacted] with my tracking/shipping information. I was also told in that follow up email that with standard shipping I should be received within 2 to 3 business days. When I purchased my item it said my package would arrive May 5, 2016 it is now May 9,2016 and I have not received anything.I ordered hair April 28,2016 and the website stated I would receive my package on May 5, 2016. Ordered hair 3/14/16 stated it would take 5 -7 days never received hair email no answer. No phone to call and speak with anyone.Never received my order. Emailed no answer can not call to speak with anyone which tells me they took their contact number off for a reason which most likely are for complaints. My daughter has a prom to attend on the 4/10/16, So we will have to spend more money. We would like our money back as soon as possible to replace the extra we had to spend.
